Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Boardwalk Beads pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our artisans inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5 to 7 business days.
